EXCHANGE POLICY:

We Velvet Hanger Gals want our customers to be happy!  You may exchange items and apply your credit to future purchases. All sales on Sale/Clearance items FINAL.

All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, Velvet Hanger does not offer CASH REFUNDS. Items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. All exchanges must be authorized via email before shipping back. Anything after that will not be accepted and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. All items must be unworn with tags attached. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition, unworn with tags attached.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.   If you believe you have received  DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact our warehouse within 3 days of receipt.  No exceptions.
